Epistolio painting robots can be equipped with different programming systems, such as:

ORP- SELF LEARNING

Simplified programming system spraying a piece moving the robot by a Joystick applied to the gun and subsequent saving of the performed operation.

POINT TO POINT – OFF LINE

Programming system for industrial robots of primary brands through points detection or more simply by offline programming in a virtual environment, starting from 3D drawings of the pieces to be painted.

EPI WIN VISION

Software for auto-generation of spray robot trajectories from 2D – 3D images obtained with our EPI-SCAN vision systems.

MRK SIM

Robot software for simulation and correction in a virtual environment of self-learned programs made by MRK robot, with reconstruction of the painting cell with 3D image of the parts.

ORP EVO

Self-learning programming Evolution dedicated to industrial robots (or also MRK) with external Joystick disconnected from the robot, where it is possible to apply the gun removed from the robot wrist.
